I understand that this is an expo for Family- and Child-related businesses.

I understand that booth placement is at the discretion of North Texas Kids and special requests are fulfilled on a best-effort basis.

I understand that I am signing up to attend my booth for the expo time from start to finish and that I may not leave early. Teardown during the expo hours is a safety concern for attendees and reduces the expo quality for all other vendors. I agree that I will be charged a $50 penalty for leaving early and that I will not be able to participate in future NTK events.

I understand that my payment is non-refundable within 30 days of the expo date.

I understand that while North Texas Kids makes every effort to promote the expo (through magazine, radio, internet and email advertising) we cannot guarantee attendance. Remember to let your own customers know you are going to be there!
